Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Export Now platform and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

By accessing or using Export Now, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any policies and guidelines referred to herein. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and changes will be effective as soon as they are posted. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To access certain features of Export Now, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
 

3. Use of Services

Export Now provides a platform where buyers and sellers can connect and engage in business transactions. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international laws.
 

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following actions:

  • Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

  • Posting or transmitting harmful content, including malware or viruses.

  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Interfering with the operation of the platform or the Services.
     

5. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

  • Buyers: Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and detailed inquiries, paying for services/products, and communicating clearly with sellers.

  • Sellers: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate quotes and delivering the services/products as agreed upon with buyers.


6. Platform’s Role

Export Now acts solely as a platform to connect buyers and sellers and does not take responsibility for any transactions, agreements, or disputes that occur between them. We do not guarantee the reliability, authenticity, or fulfillment of any transaction unless either party has paid for a service directly related to securing the transaction through the platform. We are not liable for any fraud, misconduct, or failure in fulfilling any part of the transaction.


7. Payment and Fees

Certain features or services may require payment. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and pay all applicable fees for the Services. Export Now is not responsible for any issues that arise from third-party payment providers.
 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights on the platform are owned by Export Now or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Export Now is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Export Now will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Export Now, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
 

12. Termination

Export Now reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the platform, and all rights granted to you under these Terms will be revoked.
